1. Rubber Formulation: Marine Inflatable Rubber Fenders use high-quality natural rubber as the main raw material, along with various auxiliary materials such as styrene-butadiene rubber. The rubber content of the sphere can reach over 50%, and the tensile strength of the rubber exceeds 20 MPa.
2. Reinforcement Material: Single-strand and three-strand nylon impregnated cord fabric are used, with a breaking strength of 313.6 N per single cord.
3. Corrosion Resistance: Since the spheres operate in seawater for extended periods, they are more susceptible to seawater corrosion. Therefore, the flanges used for the inflatable rubber spheres require anti-corrosion treatment, and all fittings are made of stainless steel to ensure a longer service life and reduced maintenance frequency.
4. Structural Optimization: Using advanced 3D animation simulation technology, simulation experiments are conducted on the docking speed, buffering force, and collision direction during ship-to-dock berthing. Type I - Protective Cover Type
The protective cover type inflatable rubber fender relies on a spherical body, which is covered with a protective cover on its surface. This cover consists of a chain, steel wire rope or nylon rope net, and old tires or rubber sleeves.
The longitudinal breakpoints of the chain, steel wire rope, or nylon rope net are connected to one or two adjacent meshes of the net cover by cables or ropes. Old tires or rubber sleeves are attached to the net cover to protect the spherical body.

A3 - Ribbed Type (Fishbone Type)
