The Water and Oil Storage Bladder uses a high-strength polyester fiber woven frame and a double-layer TPU polyurethane coated composite material, with a rubber content of 68%. It is formed using high-frequency heat sealing and seamless welding technology, achieving a weld strength of 95% of the base material, and is protected with an anti-corrosion sealant to completely eliminate leakage problems.
The oil storage model has an oil-resistant penetration factor added to its inner wall and can withstand temperature differences from -40℃ to 80℃. Gasoline and diesel storage is non-volatile and leak-proof; while the water storage model meets food-grade safety standards (FDA certified) and can directly store drinking water without secondary pollution.
Field tests conducted by Northwest Oilfield showed that a 100-cubic-meter oil storage tank had no leaks or aging after 3 years of continuous use, with a leakage rate of 0%, far exceeding the industry average standard of 5%.
Breaking through the volume limitations of traditional metal tanks and plastic barrels, the Water and Oil Storage Bladder can be folded to less than 5% of its original volume when empty. This means a 100 cubic meter storage bladder folds down to occupy only 1 cubic meter of space, weighing only 10% of a metal tank of the same capacity, and can be easily moved by two people.
Furthermore, the product can be used with dedicated storage bags and lifting lugs, supporting various transportation methods including truck transport, helicopter lifting, and water towing. This allows for rapid deployment in complex scenarios such as remote construction sites and wilderness camps, reducing transportation costs by 60% compared to traditional equipment.
Feedback from the Qinghai-Tibet Railway construction project: What previously required 10 trucks to transport metal water storage tanks now only requires 2 trucks to carry the same capacity of storage bladders, reducing deployment time from one day to two hours.
Aorunda's Water and Oil Storage Bladders are designed with a non-slip, wear-resistant surface texture for complex working conditions such as wilderness, ports, and oil fields. With a tensile strength of up to 28 MPa, three times that of ordinary canvas bags, they offer excellent tear and puncture resistance. They can be laid directly on the ground, effectively resisting damage from sand, stones, and branches.
Furthermore, the product incorporates UV-resistant and anti-aging components, and is resistant to acids, alkalis, and seawater corrosion. It can operate stably in extreme environments such as high temperatures in deserts, high salt spray in coastal areas, and low temperatures in high-altitude regions. The normal service life is 8-10 years, four times longer than ordinary plastic liquid storage bags.
This storage bladder has dual functions:
