Even in areas inaccessible to traditional equipment, such as gaps at the bottom of equipment, narrow passages after tunnel collapses, and gaps between bridge supports, it can be quickly inserted and deployed, reducing deployment time from 20 minutes for traditional equipment to just 3 minutes.
The product uses imported aramid fiber (Kevlar rope core reinforcement) and high-strength rubber composite material, with a tear strength exceeding 200MPa (three times that of ordinary rubber). It is formed through three-dimensional weaving and high-frequency heat-sealing seamless technology, ensuring even stress distribution and no weak points.
The high-pressure lifting air cushion has a working pressure of up to 0.8MPa, and a single cushion can bear a load of 1-100 tons. It supports the use of multiple cushions stacked together, with a maximum stacking height of 600mm, meeting various needs from precise positioning of precision instruments to lifting equipment weighing hundreds of tons.
Actual measurements at an Inner Mongolia wind farm: Four 50-ton air cushions were used to precisely lift a wind turbine tower with a diameter of 5 meters, with an error controlled within 2 millimeters, fully meeting the installation accuracy requirements.
The lifting air cushions are equipped with a high-pressure, rapid inflation system and a bidirectional controller, allowing simultaneous control of two air cushions. A 1-ton air cushion can reach its rated pressure in 0.6 seconds, and a 10-ton air cushion can be fully inflated in just 5 seconds, three times faster than the industry average.

Firstly, pressure sensors and a remote monitoring system provide real-time feedback on air cushion pressure and deformation data, issuing a warning 10 minutes in advance if the pressure becomes too high. This has successfully prevented overpressure risks in a wind power generation project;
Secondly, its burst pressure reaches 65 bar, eight times the working pressure, and it has passed 2000 fatigue tests, far exceeding the EU EN1805 certification standard;
Thirdly, the surface features a non-slip grid design, increasing the friction coefficient to 0.9, effectively preventing heavy objects from sliding. The flexible contact also reduces damage to the equipment surface.
The lifting air cushions are made with materials containing anti-aging and anti-corrosion components, allowing them to operate stably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 80℃, and withstand oil, UV radiation, water, and humid environments.
They can function normally in high temperatures at desert construction sites, low temperatures in high-altitude regions, or high-salt fog environments in coastal areas. After 5000 usage cycles, the performance degradation rate is only 3%, and the normal service life is up to 15 years, twice that of ordinary lifting air cushions.
