The wear-resistant marine rubber airbags manufactured by Aorunda are produced with a compound formula of high-quality natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, with a rubber content of over 50%. Reinforced with high-grade nylon dipped cord fabric as the skeleton—boasting a single filament breaking strength of 313.6 N—they are formed via the integral winding process and high-temperature vulcanization, delivering a tensile strength of more than 20 MPa. Their wear resistance, aging resistance and tear resistance all far exceed the industry standards.

Storage of rubber airbag

01 If the air bag will not used for quite a long time, it shall be washed and dried, filled with French chalk inside and coated with French chalk outside as well as put in dry, shady and ventilated place in the room.

02 Place storing the air bag shall be far away from the heat source

03 The air bag can’t contact with acid, alkali, grease and organic solvents

04 The air bag should be stretched flat when not used. it’s not allowed to pole up and stack heavy object on the air bag

Special attentions during the use of the airbag

1. Control the working pressure strictly and it's not allowed to exceed the working pressure

2. There shall be no sharp and protruding hard object on the contact surface with the airbag in case it punctures the skin of the airbag

3. Try to avoid distortion happened to the length direction of the airbag

4. Empty charge test shall be performed if the air bag is not used for a long time or reused after repair. Charge pressure if the airbag shall be the same as the test pressure valve when delivered. Inspectors shall be at least 3 meters away from the air bag. For air bag recovered from large airbag damage, its working pressure shall be reduced airbag to reasonably. Besides, annual check shall be conducted on air bag which are used often

5. Not long after the repair or airbag before revived, shall be carried out before reactivated no-load charging test.Test pressure should take the pressure of work.Lab, inspector shall at least 3 meters away from the airbag.If after the repair demaged area, should reduce pressure of work. Every year, all common the experiment, can ensure a safe use.
